1. 概覽

焗住先是一個香港天氣和體感熱度工具，由 rainsday 製作及營運。App 會顯示香港十八區體感熱度、天氣資料、空氣質素、地圖、收藏、通知門檻、widget 及可選社群報熱度功能。

2. 定位資料

如果你選擇開啟定位，App 只會在你的裝置上使用位置來計算最近地區。精確 GPS 位置不會上傳到我們的伺服器或 Apple CloudKit。

如果你使用社群報熱度功能，App 會把你提交的地區、熱度感受等級和提交時間儲存到 Apple CloudKit，用來計算該地區的匿名社群體感。提交的地區可能代表粗略位置，但不包含 GPS 座標。

3. iCloud / CloudKit

社群報熱度功能使用 Apple CloudKit 公共資料庫。為了避免同一用戶重複計算，CloudKit 記錄可能包含 Apple 提供的匿名 user record identifier、地區 ID、熱度感受等級和提交時間。這些資料只用於 App 功能，不會用於廣告或追蹤。

4. 本機資料

收藏地區、通知門檻、快取天氣資料和定位權限狀態主要儲存在你的裝置上，用於顯示 App 內容、widget 和本機通知。

5. 第三方資料來源

焗住先會連線到以下資料來源以取得天氣、空氣質素和模型資料：

香港天文台公開數據
環境保護署 AQHI 資料
Open-Meteo
MET Norway Weather API

這些服務可能會接收一般網絡請求資料，例如 IP 地址和請求時間。部分模型資料請求會包含地區中心點座標，用來取得該地區的天氣模型結果。這些座標不是你的精確 GPS 位置。

7. 資料來源與免責聲明

焗住先不是香港天文台官方 App，也不代表香港天文台、環境保護署、Open-Meteo 或 MET Norway 認可、贊助或背書本 App。

氣溫、濕度、風速及天氣警告來自香港天文台公開資料；AQHI 來自環境保護署；日照、雲量和模型資料來自 Open-Meteo 及 MET Norway。體感熱度和熱度分級由本 App 計算，只供日常參考，不構成醫療、專業安全或官方天氣警告建議。

1. Overview

Juk Zyu Sin is a Hong Kong weather and feels-like heat utility made by rainsday. It shows district-level heat, weather readings, air quality context, map views, saved districts, local notification thresholds, widgets, and an optional community heat-feeling feature.

2. Location

If you enable location, the app uses your location on device only to choose the nearest district. Precise GPS coordinates are not uploaded to our servers or to Apple CloudKit.

If you use the community heat-feeling feature, the app stores your submitted district, selected heat-feeling level, and submission time in Apple CloudKit to calculate anonymous district-level community results. The submitted district may represent coarse location context, but it does not include GPS coordinates.

3. iCloud / CloudKit

The community heat-feeling feature uses Apple CloudKit public database. To avoid duplicate counting, CloudKit records may include an Apple-provided anonymous user record identifier, district ID, heat-feeling level, and submission time. This data is used only for app functionality and is not used for advertising or tracking.

4. Local Data

Saved districts, notification thresholds, cached weather data, and permission state are primarily stored on your device to power the app, widgets, and local notifications.

5. Third-Party Data Sources

The app connects to these data sources for weather, air quality, and model data:

Environmental Protection Department AQHI data
Open-Meteo
MET Norway Weather API

These services may receive ordinary network request information such as IP address and request time. Some model requests include district center coordinates so the app can fetch district-level model results. These coordinates are not your precise GPS location.

6. How Data Is Used

To display Hong Kong district weather and feels-like heat values.
To determine the nearest district on device.
To show saved districts and widgets.
To send optional local notifications you configure.
To calculate anonymous aggregate community heat-feeling results.
To maintain app functionality and reliability.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising tracking, or share it with data brokers.

7. Sources and Disclaimer

Juk Zyu Sin is not an official Hong Kong Observatory app and is not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by the Hong Kong Observatory, Environmental Protection Department, Open-Meteo, or MET Norway.

Temperature, humidity, wind, and warning data come from Hong Kong Observatory public data; AQHI data comes from the Environmental Protection Department; modelled solar and cloud data comes from Open-Meteo and MET Norway. Feels-like heat values and risk levels are calculated by this app for everyday reference only. They are not medical advice, professional safety advice, or official weather warnings.
